⚠️ Warning: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Your verified checkmarks, promotional coins, active marketplace listings, and store reviews will be permanently deleted.
1. Google Play Data Safety Compliance
In accordance with Google Play Developer Policy and Indian data protection directives, Wyntech Labs Private Limited provides users with clear, frictionless mechanisms to delete their Zinetra account and associated personal data, either from inside the mobile app or via this web portal.
2. Deletion Procedures
Method 1: Instant In-App Deletion
- Open the Zinetra mobile app.
- Go to Profile > tap Settings (Gear) > select Security & Privacy.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm the action via mobile SMS OTP.
Method 2: Support Email Request (App Uninstalled)
If you no longer have access to the mobile app, you can submit a manual deletion request:

Zinetra Account Deletion Request - Body: Include your registered 10-digit mobile number and display name.
- Our trust & safety team will verify ownership and process the deletion within 24–48 hours.
3. What Data Is Purged?
- Phone number, name, and profile photos.
- Encrypted identity tokens and KYC verification sessions.
- All active product and service listings.
- Direct chat logs and private messaging archives.
