1. Platform Scope & Operating Entity
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Wyntech Labs Private Limited ("Wyntech Labs", "we", "us"), the official developer and operator of the Zinetra mobile application and related web checkout services, located in Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
2. Account Eligibility & One-Person Principle
By creating an account on the Zinetra platform, you agree to maintain exactly one account associated with your authentic mobile number and verified Government KYC identity. Registering multiple dummy accounts, impersonating others, or providing falsified KYC credentials constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.
3. Seller Membership Plans & Entitlements
Zinetra offers verified seller plans across designated durations: Bronze (3 Months), Silver (6 Months), Gold (9 Months), Premium (1 Year VIP), Elite (2 Years VIP), and Diamond (3 Years VIP). Plan entitlements include expanded listing limits, verified checkmark badging, and promotional search coins. All plans are non-transferable.
4. Payment Processing & Compliance
All membership subscriptions and payments are processed securely through licensed payment aggregators (Razorpay) adhering to RBI regulations and PCI-DSS standards.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal dispute or proceeding arising out of platform use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
